Purchases

When you place an order through our website, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgment of your order and does not signify our acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt.
If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will refund the full amount paid.
b. Payment

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The total cost of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees, will be displayed at checkout.
c. Shipping and Delivery

We strive to process and ship orders promptly. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

Refund Policy

b. Refund Process

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Refund Approval: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
c. Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at team@washedupco.com with your order number and details about the defect or damage. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, please contact us at info@washedupco.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it, and you will need to follow our return process once the item is delivered.
